Cost follows scope, not square footage. The factors that move it most:

Common questions
Can I live at home during the remodel?
Most families do. You'll be without a kitchen for most of the project, so a temporary setup elsewhere helps. We seal the work area, protect floors and walkways, cover HVAC returns so dust doesn't reach the rest of the house, and clean up daily.

We handle permitting on projects that require it and coordinate inspections on your behalf, so you don't have to manage the paperwork or scheduling with your city.
